Four of Montenegro's last five matches have finished with them scoring exactly two goals, and that run is put to the test when Armenia and Montenegro meet in the UEFA Nations League on Monday, 28 September 2026. Both sides arrive on the back of opening wins in League C Group 2, with kick-off at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan set for 17:00 BST.
Armenia's Nations League meeting with Montenegro in League C Group 2 kicks off at 17:00 BST on Monday, 28 September 2026, at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.

Armenia top League C Group 2 after beating Latvia 2-0 on matchday one, with goals from Georgiy Harutyunyan and Artur Gharibyan securing the win. That victory followed two 1-1 draws in June's international friendlies, against Moldova and Kazakhstan, so Armenia go into Monday's match unbeaten in three.
Montenegro have won three, drawn one and lost one of their last five matches, beating Cyprus 2-1 on matchday one of this Nations League campaign. Before that they drew 2-2 away to Slovakia and won 1-0 away to Bulgaria in June, having lost 2-3 at home to Slovenia and beaten Andorra 2-0 at home in March. Manager Mirko Vučinić has overseen five wins, one draw and three defeats in nine matches since taking charge in 2025.
Montenegro have scored exactly two goals in four of their last five matches, against Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia and Andorra, with only the 1-0 win at Bulgaria breaking the pattern. That habit hasn't been a reliable guide to the result, though. The same scoreline has produced two wins, a draw and a defeat, so the goals have gone in without settling matches either way.
