1. About CalledItMate

CalledItMate (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is a free-to-play football prediction game operated by Denver, trading as CalledItMate, based in England and Wales. You predict match scores, goalscorers and other match events during live games to earn points on our seasonal leaderboard. At the end of each season the top-ranked eligible players receive cash prizes funded personally by the platform operator. There is no entry fee, no deposit, and nothing to stake at any stage.

These terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and minimum age

The minimum age to hold an account is 13. Some countries set a higher age at which a young person can agree to an online service without a parent, and in those countries that higher age applies instead:

• 16 or over - Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia.
• 15 or over - Czechia, France, Greece, Slovenia.
• 14 or over - Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Lithuania.

If you are below the age that applies where you live, you may only use CalledItMate with the authorisation of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. When you create an account you confirm you are old enough to do so where you live.

To be eligible for cash prizes you must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where receiving such a prize is lawful. By claiming a prize you confirm you meet these requirements. We may request proof of age and identity before releasing any prize payment.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be disqualified from prizes.
• Your username must not impersonate another person or brand.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• You may close your account at any time, from the account screen in the app or by emailing us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to submit predictions or manipulate the leaderboard.
• Create multiple accounts or collude with other users to gain an unfair points advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute match data, odds or any other content from the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post, share, or transmit content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users in chat or any other feature.

Any account found to be in breach of these rules will be disqualified from prizes and may be permanently suspended.

5. Community and user content

CalledItMate includes a community chat and user profiles. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report any message using the in-app report button and block any user so you no longer see their content.

We review reports and act on them within 24 hours - removing offending content and ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) users who violate these terms. Chat messages and usernames are also screened by an automated filter. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you grant us permission to display it within the platform for as long as you choose to leave it there.

If you believe content on the platform is unlawful, email hello@calleditmate.com with a link and an explanation. That address is also our point of contact for users, regulators and authorities on content matters. We will tell you what we decided and why, and if we act against your own content we will tell you the reason and how to challenge it by replying to us.

6. Points and leaderboard

Points are awarded for correct predictions and accumulate toward your season total on the leaderboard. Points themselves have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed directly. However, your points total at the end of a season determines your leaderboard rank, which in turn determines prize eligibility as described in Section 7.

We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or reset points at any time - including in cases of data errors, rule violations, or system issues.

7. Cash prizes

At the end of each season, cash prizes are awarded to the top-ranked eligible players on the leaderboard. Prize amounts and the number of prize positions are set at the start of each season and shown on the Prizes page.

To qualify for a prize, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid account in good standing (not suspended or in breach of these terms).
• Be located in a jurisdiction where receiving the prize is lawful.

Prizes are funded personally by the platform operator and are discretionary gifts. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a prize where there is evidence of cheating, fraud, multiple accounts, or a breach of these terms. An advertised prize will not be reduced or cancelled for any other reason once a competition has opened: if you win it, you are paid it.

Winners are contacted directly via the email address on their account once the season closes. Payment is made within 7 days of the season finishing - that window allows us to verify every point accumulated across the season so the final leaderboard is accurate and fair before any prize is paid. Payment is made by the method agreed with the winner (PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency - USDT, or another mutually agreed method). Where a prize is paid in cryptocurrency, the network (gas) fee charged to send it is deducted from the prize amount and is not covered by CalledItMate. We do not pay via third-party prize platforms or issue vouchers.

Tax. You are responsible for any tax due on a prize in your own country. We do not withhold or account for tax on your behalf, and we cannot give you tax advice.

Sanctions and payment checks. We cannot send money to a person or a country subject to applicable sanctions. We may delay or refuse a payment where it is necessary to complete identity, age, sanctions or anti-money-laundering checks, or where making it would breach any law that applies to us.

This contest is run solely by CalledItMate. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, or any app store. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and prizes are only awarded to eligible players in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful.

8. No stake required

CalledItMate is a free-to-play, skill-based prediction game. You do not stake or risk any money at any point, and no purchase is necessary to enter, play, or win. Prizes are discretionary cash gifts from the platform operator. Because there is no payment to enter and outcomes depend on your own judgement, this is not gambling and is not a lottery. If the law where you live treats a free prize competition differently, it is your responsibility not to take part where you may not lawfully do so.

9. Intellectual property

All content on CalledItMate - including the name, logo, design, and code - is owned by us. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. Match data is licensed from third parties and remains theirs.

10. Availability, disclaimers and liability

CalledItMate is provided “as is”. We do not promise the platform will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Match data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed. Points awarded on incorrect data may be corrected at our discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing here affects them.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or points, and our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the value of any prize you were entitled to and were not paid, and (b) GBP 100. That figure reflects the fact that the platform is free to use and takes no money from you.

11. Suspension and ending your account

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where necessary to protect other players or the integrity of a competition, or where we are required to by law. Where we do so and it is reasonable to explain why, we will. Closing your account ends any leaderboard position and any prize eligibility attached to it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, except that we will give account holders reasonable notice by email of any change that materially affects prize eligibility or your rights, so you can close your account first if you disagree. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the platform, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident somewhere else, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.

Please email us first. Most things are resolved in a message or two, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one.

14. General

• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another operator, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
• We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the platform.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
