Daily prediction limit: Correct score is capped at 8 predictions per day per user; goalscorer and next team to score are capped at 12, to keep the game fair and skill-based. Featured matches bypass the daily limit. The limit resets at midnight UK time.

Weekly boost: Once per week you can activate a 3x points multiplier on a single match. Your correct score and first goalscorer predictions for that match earn triple points. It resets on a fixed weekly clock that's the same for everyone - a fresh boost every Monday, not seven days after you last used it - so nobody is penalised for using theirs later in the week. Use it on the biggest match of the week.

Fair-play delay: On the two live markets - goalscorer and next team to score - every pick is held for a few seconds before it counts, shown as a short “locking in” countdown. If a goal is scored during that window your pick is voided and refunded: no points won or lost, and it doesn't use one of your daily picks. Live goals reach different screens at slightly different times, so this small buffer means nobody can call a goal that has effectively already happened on a faster feed.

Subs & sendings-off: On the goalscorer market, if the player you picked is subbed off before the next goal you get a free re-pick. If your pick is sent off, that's final - you do not get another re-pick that round, and a sent-off player can no longer be selected.

Teamsheets: When the confirmed line-ups land, roughly an hour before kick-off, we tell you if your goalscorer pick isn't starting. Named among the subs and your pick stands - substitutes score all the time. Left out of the squad entirely and the pick is handed back, without using one of your daily picks. Either way you can change your call right up until kick-off.

Free picks: Call the first goalscorer of a match correctly and your next goalscorer pick on that match costs no daily pick, and it stays free for as long as you keep calling them right. It only ends when you actually get one wrong - a goal you didn't pick on just carries the run forward. It has to be the match's opening goal that starts it, so joining a match that is already 1-0 means no free run on that one, however many you then call right. None of this applies on a bonus or featured match, where every pick is already free anyway.

Brace & hat-trick bonus: Correctly call any goalscorer and if he goes on to a brace your points double, a hat-trick triples them (capped there). It's counted once per player - one right call pays his whole tally, so you don't need extra picks and his goals don't have to be consecutive.

Assist points: On selected competitions, if the player you called to score sets the goal up instead of scoring it, you still bank 5 points. Turned on per competition where the assist data is reliable - see the FAQ below for where it's live.

VAR reversals: If a goal is overturned by VAR after you've been awarded points, the points are reversed automatically. Likewise, if a decision is reversed in your favour, points are awarded.

Daily streak: Make at least one prediction every day and your streak grows, paying a daily bonus that ramps from +10 up to +50 a day from Day 7. It's the day you predict that counts, not the match's date - so predicting tomorrow's game today counts for today (you just can't bank days ahead). That daily bonus also counts toward your season prize total, up to a per-season cap. Hit 7, 30, 50, 100 or 365 days for one-off milestone bonuses and a flame badge (these are all-time only, never cash). Miss a day when games were on and it resets - full detail on the streaks page.

Season lock: Matches that kick off after the current season ends can't be predicted yet - their markets stay hidden and show a countdown until that season starts, so every match's points land in the right season.

Signup bonus: New players receive a points bonus on creating their account - a head start on the leaderboard from day one.
