1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect:

• Email address - used for authentication, account recovery, and to contact you if you win a prize.
• Username - displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
• Prediction data - the scores and goalscorers you submit, stored to calculate your points and leaderboard position.

We do not collect your real name, address, or phone number during sign-up. CalledItMate is entirely free and requires no billing details to play.

2. Prize payment data

If you finish in a prize-winning position at the end of a season, we will contact you to arrange payment. At that point you will be asked to provide the payment details you prefer - for example a PayPal email address, bank account details, or a cryptocurrency wallet address. This information is used solely to transfer your prize and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete that payment. It is never shared with third parties beyond the payment processor used to send your funds.

3. How we use your data

• To run your account and authenticate you.
• To display your predictions, points, and leaderboard position.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, prize notifications).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services

We use third-party infrastructure services (including hosting, database, and email delivery) to operate the platform. These services process your data only to the extent necessary to provide their function. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. 5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is required.

6. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Prize payment details provided by winners are deleted once payment has been confirmed. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us - we will action deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.

8. Children

CalledItMate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Cash prizes are only available to users aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
