Was the Slovenia defeat a one-off for Montenegro?
The evidence since says mostly yes. Montenegro won 2-0 at home to Andorra four days before the Slovenia game, then won 1-0 away at Bulgaria in June and drew 2-2 away at Slovakia five days after that.
